  • (BluOps does not store full payment card numbers)

  • You are the data controller for Customer Operational Data processed through the Service.
  • BluOps acts as a data processor and processes such data only on your instructions.

For account-level and platform administration data, BluOps acts as the data controller.

BluOps implements commercially reasonable and industry-standard security safeguards, including:

  • Encryption in transit and at rest
  • Role-based and least-privilege access controls
  • Audit logging and monitoring
  • Secure cloud infrastructure and access management

While no system can be guaranteed 100% secure, we take appropriate measures to protect information and continuously improve our security practices.
