BluOps operates under two roles depending on the data involved.
Customer Operational Data
Organizations using BluOps act as the data controller for Customer Operational Data processed within the platform. BluOps acts as a data processor and processes this information solely on behalf of the organization and in accordance with its instructions.
Platform & Account Data
BluOps acts as the data controller for:
- Account registration information
- Platform administration data
- Support communications
- Platform security and monitoring data
7. Data Security
BluOps implements commercially reasonable and industry-standard security safeguards, including:
- Encryption in transit and at rest
- Role-based and least-privilege access controls
- Audit logging and monitoring
- Secure cloud infrastructure and access management
While no system can be guaranteed 100% secure, we take appropriate measures to protect information and continuously improve our security practices.
