c. Integration & Connected Services Data

  • Billing and transaction references
  • (BluOps does not store full payment card numbers)

    • Access is limited strictly to the scopes and permissions you explicitly authorize.

d. Usage, Log, & Technical Data

We automatically collect certain technical information, including:

  • Feature usage and interaction data
  • Performance, diagnostic, and reliability metrics
  • IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and operating system information

6. Data Controller & Data Processor Roles

  • You are the data controller for Customer Operational Data processed through the Service.
  • BluOps acts as a data processor and processes such data only on your instructions.

For account-level and platform administration data, BluOps acts as the data controller.

7. Data Security

BluOps implements commercially reasonable and industry-standard security safeguards, including:

  • Encryption in transit and at rest
  • Role-based and least-privilege access controls
  • Audit logging and monitoring
  • Secure cloud infrastructure and access management

While no system can be guaranteed 100% secure, we take appropriate measures to protect information and continuously improve our security practices.

8. Data Retention

We retain information:

  • For the duration of your account
  • As necessary to provide the Service
  • To comply with legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements

Upon account termination, data may be deleted, anonymized, or retained for a limited period unless otherwise required by law.
